Poker is a card game in which players have to make bets. They must ante an amount that varies from game to game, and then place a number of chips into the center of the table. A hand consists of five cards, and a pair can be the best hand if it contains three or more. However, some variants have wild cards, which can be any number of cards, including the Ace. In this way, a player can win the game by bluffing and betting that he has the best hand.
